Delete your Nemasis account

How to delete your account

Open the Nemasis app, go to the More tab, and tap Delete Account. If you signed up with an email and password, you'll be asked to re-enter your password to confirm. Deletion happens immediately — there's no waiting period.

Nemasis does not store your payment details. If you have an active subscription, it's billed and managed directly by Apple or Google — deleting your Nemasis account does not cancel it. To stop billing, cancel your subscription separately:

Account deletion through the app is immediate.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in (lost access to your device, forgot your password, etc.), email support@nemasis.app with the email address associated with your account and a request to delete it. We'll process manual requests within 5 business days.
